These general conditions of sale are strictly applied to all sales of products made by the online store of dekobe.com. Any order made to the dekobe.com online store necessarily implies, as a essential condition, the acceptance without any reservations by the Customer of the General Conditions of Sale in force of the online store dekobe.com, on the day the corresponding purchase order is made. In addition, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are brought to their attention by dekobe.com online store. The fact that dekobe.com online store does not resort, at any given moment, to any of the present conditions stated herein, this can’t be interpreted nor will it be equivalent to a waiver to resort to them in the future.

The interpretation and execution of the present conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions that are contrary to this.

PRICES

The prices published in dekobe.com online store are in Euros. All prices include the applicable VAT on the day the purchase order is made, and any change of VAT rate will be applied automatically to the prices of products for sale in the online store dekobe.com.

The offers on products for sale in the online store dekobe.com will be shown in the section “Offers” or it will be indicated in the product file and, if it is not indicated otherwise, they will be valid, as long as they are displayed on the screen.

The discount vouchers will have a validity and special conditions for their use. You may consult the specifications of each voucher before using it.

OBJECT OF CONTRACT (DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES)

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the business relationship between dekobe.com and the consumer and/or user at the time when the latter gives his/her consent during the contracting process when checking the corresponding box. The contractual relationship of sale/purchase will entail the delivery in exchange for the payment of a certain price on the website of a product.

PAYMENT METHODS

When placing the purchase order, the customer can freely choose to pay the purchases made in the online store by:

  • Bank transfer: the buyer must make a bank transfer (indicating the order reference in the concept) within a maximum period of 3 business days from the completion of the order. The company reserves the right to cancel the order in case of not having received confirmation of the transfer after said period. The bank account will information be shown to the customer at the moment he chooses this payment method.
  • PayPal: the consumer/user must have a PayPal account so that they can pay for their purchases through this system. For more information, visit www.paypal.es.
  • By credit or debit card through STRIPE virtual POS. Through this means of payment, the buyer will have to provide his/her card number, the expiration date, and the CVV number. In this case, the information will be encrypted and sent under a secure server to the virtual POS.

PRODUCT

The offers presented by dekobe.com online store are valid within the limit of available stocks and the dates established for such offer. The online store dekobe.com reserves the right to modify the product stock, depending on any difficulties caused by its suppliers.

In the event that the selected product is not available or in stock, the user may provide his/her email, in order for the entity to contact the user, once the product is available by email.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery Deadlines

The orders are prepared at the moment in which the payment has been confirmed, according to the following schedule (as long as the products are in stock):

Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Spanish time). Orders received after that time will be prepared the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

For products in stock, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 days.

For products that are custom made or not available in stock, the estimated delivery time may be approximately 15-20 working days.

Deliveries are made only from Monday to Friday.

Shipping costs

  1. The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.
  2. The purchase invoice tickets will be sent to the email address indicated by the client in their registration in dekobe.com online store, and they can also be consulted in the registration account created by the client in dekobe.com online store.
  3. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.
  4. The delivery will be made in timely manner, under the responsibility of the carrier.
  5. An order is considered delivered, the moment that the courier delivers the package (s) to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check the status of the goods upon receipt and indicate all anomalies in the delivery receipt.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically, once you add your products to the shopping cart and enter your delivery data. In each shipment the customer may have a tracking code for his/her shipment.

The shipping costs to the Canary Islands will be calculated manually, as calculations made through the website will not be valid. Please place your purchase order by email. You must contact us through info@dekobe.com before placing your order.

Shipments to International destinations

The exact freight amount will be calculated based on the final weight of your order. Don’t hesitate to consult with us through info@dekobe.com before placing your order.

In the prices indicated for the shipping costs, don’t include the possible additional charges for customs and taxes that in any case will be paid at destination by the recipient of the goods.

They can generate Single Customs Declaration expenses in destination.

Claim of undelivered orders

The consumer and/or user, after receiving an email that his/her order has been shipped, if he/she hasn’t received the product after a reasonable period of time, he/she can contact dekobe.com through the contact form, or by email: info@dekobe.com in order to clarify the cause of the delay.

Once having made the claim, dekobe.com will contact the consumer and/or user in order to explain what happened and reach an agreement on what happened.

In the last case that dekobe.com does not have available the purchased items, the consumer and/or user will be informed of this lack of availability and in the shortest possible time, it will receive from dekobe.com the corresponding reimbursement.

Cancellations

Once the purchase is made, if you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, it can be done as long as you indicate it through the contact form established for this purpose, through the Contact section or by writing to the email: info@dekobe.com, or you can also use the customer service form indicating the number of the order to be canceled.

Return policy

The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product for the return of the same, without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost except the shipping costs that will be assumed by the consumer and/or user.

The following exceptions are indicated (among others) in the exercise of the right to return goods, that are expressly included in the Law, in terms of consumers and users, which are:

  1. c) The supply of goods made according to consumer and/or user specifications and/or clearly personalized.
  2. d) The supply of goods that may be deteriorated or that will expire soon.
  3. e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and that have been unsealed after delivery.
  4. f) The supply of goods that after their delivery and considering their nature have been mixed indissociably with other goods.

The refund of the purchase amount will be made through the same payment method with which the user made the purchase.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received, that is, in perfect conditions, and of course it can’t be damaged, defective, or irrefutable proof of use that prevents the sale of the same product. The shipping must be made in an appropriate packaging to protect it during the journey.

Procedure:

To exercise your right to return goods, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days. To do so, he/she will fill in the corresponding form in “My account” section, or he/she can make another type of unequivocal statement in which it is indicated his/her decision to cancel the sales contract.

Either by one way or another, the request to return an item should contain the following information:

  • Your identifying information: full name and address
  • Order number that appears on the invoice sent to you, along with the purchased item
  • Description of the acquired property
  • Your willingness to cancel the sales contract
  • Request date
  • If you send your request by non-electronic means (for example, postal mail) it must be signed.

From the date in which you communicate your decision to cancel the sales contract, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days to return to dekobe.com in perfect condition the purchased goods, along with a copy of the purchase invoice.

dekobe.com will communicate by email, without delay to the consumer and/or user, the acknowledgment of receipt of said cancellation, with the shipping instructions by the consumer and/or user. Once the product has been received, or the consumer and/or user has presented convincing proof of the return of the goods, dekobe.com will reimburse the amounts paid by the consumer and/or user without undue delay.

USER REGISTRATION

To browse the store and add products to the cart, it is not necessary to be registered. However, to make the purchase it will be necessary to register as a user. We will request your personal information to generate your customer file, and such data will be protected in virtue of the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data.

PURCHASING PROCESS

WARRANTY

The repair and replacement will be free of cost for the user. This gratuity will include the necessary expenses incurred to correct the lack of conformity of product quality with the contract, especially the shipping costs, as well as the costs related to labor and materials.

It is the obligation of the customer to ship he defective goods by his/her own means to process the warranty, and once the warranty has been received and approved, dekobe.com will proceed to replace the product by shipping it to the customer at postage prepaid, without no further cost for the client.

The seller is responsible for the lack of conformity that may manifest within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of having knowledge of it.
